Assessments & engagements

Start where the evidence is.

Most organisations start with an assessment: a bounded, evidence-based review that produces findings you can act on — independently or with us. The only published price is the one we actually publish.

Four routes in

Assess, fix, manage, optimise

Assessment first, then delivery and ongoing optimisation — each route with the deliverables agreed before work starts.

01

Assess

Understand where you are losing money, time or control.

02

Fix

Implement the highest-value improvements first.

03

Manage

Keep your environment operating and improving.

04

Optimise

Keep identifying new opportunities to reduce cost, automate work and reduce risk.

Assessments and starting points

Fixed-scope review · written findings report

ServiceNow Health Check

Priced per scope

A structured, evidence-based review of your platform: architecture, customisation, scripting, performance, security, CMDB health, technical debt and upgrade readiness.

  • Prioritised findings report
  • Technical debt register
  • Upgrade-readiness verdict
  • Pragmatic remediation roadmap

Cross-estate review

IT Cost Optimisation Assessment

From £10,000

A cross-estate review of where IT budget is leaking — software, tooling, licensing, process and platform inefficiency. We find it, quantify it and give you a plan to remove it.

  • Where budget is leaking, quantified
  • Unused and duplicated software identified
  • Process and platform inefficiencies mapped
  • A cost-removal plan prioritised by value

Software estate review

SaaS Cost Audit

Scoped from your estate

A focused review of software, SaaS and subscription spend: what you own, what is actually used, what duplicates something else and what is exposed at renewal.

  • Single view of software and SaaS spend
  • Unused and duplicated licences identified
  • Renewal calendar and risk flags
  • Actions before the next renewal dates

SAM Pro readiness review

SAM Assessment

Scoped from your estate

A review of your software asset management maturity: discovery sources, entitlement records, reconciliation readiness and the compliance risks sitting in the estate.

  • SAM maturity snapshot
  • Discovery source and data readiness verdict
  • Compliance risk register
  • A staged path to a defensible licence position

Process discovery sprint

Automation Assessment

Scoped from your processes

A discovery exercise across your ServiceNow processes: where approvals, handoffs and re-keying are still manual, and which automation candidates pay for themselves first.

  • Manual work mapped across processes
  • Prioritised automation backlog
  • Effort and benefit estimates per candidate
  • A first-delivery recommendation

15-Minute Operations Review

Free

A focused conversation about the work your team is doing manually, where your platform is slowing you down and what a sensible next step could look like.

  • A clear read on your immediate constraint
  • Where ServiceNow or your estate can help
  • A proportionate recommendation, no obligation

What an assessment is

Findings you can act on, with or without us.

Every assessment produces a written, prioritised report. Act on it with your own team, with another partner or ask us to scope remediation from the same findings — the document is yours regardless.

  • Written report with prioritised findings
  • Evidence-based, not opinion-based
  • A findings walkthrough with your team
  • No obligation to continue with us

A note on pricing

The IT Cost Optimisation Assessment starts from £10,000 — the only figure we publish, because scope genuinely varies. Everything else is priced from your estate, your processes and the scope agreed in discovery. You get a clear, proportionate proposal before any work begins; no work starts before you approve it.
